We're proud to announce that the New Product Development team at Cranswick Gourmet Sausage has been shortlisted in the Food Manufacture Site Team of the Year Awards!
Not only has the team launched 93 products in 12 months (some of which have since won recognised Industry awards), they've played a key role in switching packaging from black to clear trays to reduce plastic going to landfill.
The team has over 60 years of experience in the food industry between them. Their hard work, commitment and passion for food has fully embedded the site launch process from Concept to Launch, right through to spending time on the shop floor educating colleagues to ensure we take pride in every pack. Spare time spent trying new cuisines, dining in restaurants and visiting food markets is well spent, as this knowledge and passion is transformed into innovative products and enthusiastically presented to the site teams showing a hunger to be market-leading.
