Junior Operations Analyst
We are a reputable, well known, established and expanding FMCG company based in Middlesex . We are currently looking to recruit a Junior Operations Analyst at our Wembley site.
Summary
- To ensure that all operations activity is captured and measured to provide complete and accurate data.
- To work with other teams within the business to ensure that the data flow required is completed as expected, is accurate and is completed in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate and measurable KPI dashboards.
- Analyse data and indicate where opportunities for improvement arise.
Main duties include (but not limited to):
- Ensure the necessary paperwork/records are received and maintained. All records should be maintained in a way that makes them easy to find and understand.
- Analyse data received and challenge where it looks inaccurate.
- Report Running.
Requirements, experience and person specification
- 3 years’ experience of working in an admin role.
- 3 years’ experience of working in a similar FMCG environment would be advantageous.
- Experience of working with Microsoft Navision would be advantageous.
- Experience of working with an ERP system is essential.
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and flexible approach.
- Good at problem solving and analysis.
